We’re looking forward to a meeting early in January with a company that is in the mock-up stages of designing male beauty products. One of the things we thought would be a great idea to discuss when we meet, is how emotional bonds with brands create deeper connections. To create these emotional bonds, a brand needs a personality that emotionally engages with the cusotmer. In order to create this personality, you need to glean emotional insight from consumers.
We’ve started to pull together some scenarios to explain how different customer insight interactions and co-creation experiments reveal different types of information from customers.
